Luciana Fuchs serves as Chief People Officer at Morgan Engineering, where she provides executive leadership over the firm’s people strategy, organizational performance, and operational alignment. As a member of the senior leadership team, she drives Operational Oversight, Strategic Execution, Organizational Structure & Performance, Human Resources Strategy, and enterprise-wide operational initiatives that directly support the firm’s growth, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Since joining Morgan Engineering in 2019, Luciana has been instrumental in transforming and strengthening the firm’s people-first culture while aligning workforce strategy with business objectives. She has led initiatives that enhance accountability, improve operational efficiency, and develop leadership capacity across departments. Her work ensures that talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning are strategically integrated into the firm’s overall business model.
With extensive executive leadership experience across New Jersey prior to entering the surveying and engineering industry, Luciana brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to organizational development. Her expertise includes talent strategy, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, succession planning, and operational systems design. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, establishing scalable processes, and creating structures that support measurable organizational growth.
Luciana’s leadership extends beyond the firm through active community engagement and workforce development initiatives. She supports and collaborates with organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Dress for Success, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, ALS Association, and Ashley Lauren Foundation.
She serves as a Work-Based Learning Mentor with Ocean County Vocational Technical School and has contributed to continuing education programming through the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also supports student development initiatives through STEM programming and workforce readiness efforts throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties, helping cultivate the next generation of engineering and technical professionals.
Luciana earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Operations from Monmouth University, Leon Hess Business School, with additional studies in Human Resources and Marketing.
