Patrick Laudisi

Patrick is a professionally licensed engineer in New Jersey, with almost a decade of experience in the field of Structural Engineering. Pat began his career at Ramirez Engineering in 2015, and immediately began assisting homeowners all along the Jersey Shoreline in the wave of home elevation projects that followed Hurricane Sandy due to the flooding the storm brought. He has been flown around the country to assist in various flood remediation projects, including Houston, TX in 2017 after Hurricane Harvey, and Panama City Beach, FL in 2019 following Hurricane Michael, which ravaged the area in late 2018. He also has extensive experience designing retaining walls, including when he and his design team were featured in an issue of the Allan Block newsletter.

Patrick appreciates the opportunities to assist local homeowners, whether that be assuaging their fears that the small crack in their foundation does not mean their house is about to “fall on their head”, to providing structural calculations for removing a bearing wall to open up a living space.

Patrick graduated from NJIT in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, after originally spending one year in the Architecture program before changing majors. In his free time, Pat enjoys playing golf, building computers, and tinkering with his cars in his garage.
