Mathew Wilder, P.E.

Mathew is a professionally licensed engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania with more than fourteen years of experience in the field of land development. He possesses an expertise in the design and approval process of site development engineering which includes site investigation reports and due diligence, site plan and subdivision preparation, stormwater management designs, water and sewer extensions along with everything in between. For a large portion of Mat’s career, his primary focus was in the field of commercial development. He also has extensive experience in construction consulting which includes the review and approval of shop drawings as well as coordination with contractors and resident engineers.

Mat appreciates the diversity of projects he gets to work on at Morgan – from clients who proposed large-scale redevelopment projects and residential subdivisions to homeowners looking to improve their property with additions, pools, etc. With a large aspect of Mat’s experience being in commercial site development, one of his greatest joys is attending the grand openings of his business clients, as he sees the project come from inception to fruition.

Mat graduated from Rowan University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. His studies primarily focused on structural engineering but he gravitated toward land development as he saw exciting growth opportunities in that field. Mat is happily married to his wife, Jessica, with whom he has two young sons and an active sheltie who all work together to keep him on his toes.  In his free time, Mat enjoys golfing and fishing. He is also a huge baseball fan and bleeds orange and blue.
