Director of Municipal Services, Mark Rohmeyer began his career at the Ocean County Engineer’s Office before becoming a Municipal Engineering Consultant. His time working for the public sector and private industry has resulted in a wealth of experience and understanding of key engineering elements necessary to guarantee the successful completion of projects for our clients.
Mr. Rohmeyer has gained experience in the design, funding, permitting, and construction management of many multi-disciplined capital projects. These projects include parks and recreation facilities, roadways, bikeways, water and sanitary sewer systems, stormwater management, marine construction, and site plan and subdivision preparation.
Mark annually applies for and administers grants from the NJDOT Local Aid, Community Development Block Grant Program, and other State and Federally funded grants. Regular tasks include investigation, testing, planning, estimating, designing, bidding, construction, and maintenance of private sites and public infrastructure systems. He is also experienced in NJ Municipal Land Use Law and is appointed Board Engineer & Planner for multiple municipalities’ Planning & Zoning Boards throughout Ocean County, New Jersey.
