Ryan Brehm serves as the Field Crew Manager for Morgan Engineering’s New Jersey Survey Group, where he oversees dynamic field operations and drives technical excellence across the Garden State. In his critical leadership role, Ryan directs and supports a talented team of approximately 50 land surveyors, expertly guiding complex projects through to completion throughout New Jersey.
With over three decades of dedicated industry experience, Ryan’s career is a testament to hands-on growth, technical mastery, and steadfast leadership. His journey began shortly after graduating high school, when he completed a focused vocational program in AutoCAD. Demonstrating early technical promise, he secured a CAD drafting internship that launched what would become a lifelong passion for surveying.
Driven by a strong work ethic and a desire to master every angle of the profession, Ryan systematically worked his way up through every core role in the field and office—moving from CAD Drafter to Rodman, Transitman, and Field Crew Chief. This comprehensive field background provided him with an invaluable foundation when he transitioned back into office leadership, taking on key operations and executive management responsibilities to help steer company success.
Joining Morgan Engineering in October 2025, Ryan now seamlessly bridges field strategy and analytical precision. In addition to managing daily crew deployment and field operations, he actively performs complex survey calculations and intricate boundary resolutions. His end-to-end industry knowledge ensures that Morgan Engineering’s clients receive superior data accuracy, reliable project delivery, and exceptional service standards.
When Ryan’s not coordinating field crews or resolving complex boundaries, Ryan is an avid outdoorsman who treasures quality time with his family. Whether he’s hunting, sharpening his shooting skills at the range, or exploring nature, he enjoys staying active and making the most of the great outdoors.
