Nick Rinaldi is a Project Manager and Survey CAD Technician at Morgan Engineering LLC, where he oversees projects from initial field intake through final client delivery.
Nick joined Morgan Engineering 2017 and has since gained experience spanning drafting, land survey quality control, and CAD instruction. Nick now plays a key role in maintaining technical standards and project accuracy across Morgan Engineering and Survey departments.
In his position, Nick drafts and resolves property and topographic surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D; performs closure calculations for Minor and Major Subdivision Plans in accordance with New Jersey Map Filing Law; and prepares Metes and Bounds descriptions for Subdivisions, Title Surveys, Easement Exhibits, and Lot Consolidations.
Beyond project delivery, he helps update company CAD templates, authors departmental handbooks, and leads internal AutoCAD training sessions.
