As Morgan Engineering LLC’s Engineering Operations Supervisor, Lauren Truszkowsi serves as the firm’s operational architect, its tactical engine, ensuring the workings and project flow of the business is always humming and running at peak performance for our clients. Lauren is responsible for resource leveling—ensuring that the right technical talent is assigned to the right projects—and managing the internal “traffic control” of the design pipeline. By bridging the gap between senior leadership’s vision and the daily output of the engineering staff, Lauren ensures that deadlines are met without burning out the team or sacrificing technical integrity.
