Frank Sadeghi, P.E., C.M.E.

Frank founded Morgan Engineering in 1993, and is the Principal Owner responsible for total project management and design of municipal, residential, commercial and industrial projects. He also serves as a Special Project Engineer for various Governmental Agency projects.

He formerly worked at Maser Sosinski & Associates and at The Schoor, DePalma & Canger Group, Inc. as a Project Manager and oversaw major governmental, residential, commercial and industrial projects. He started his career at Bernard R. Berson & Associates designing commercial and residential site plans and subdivisions, and also served as a Project Manager and designer for projects in the State of New Jersey.

Frank is both a Certified Municipal Engineer and Professional Engineer in the state of New Jersey. He is a member of several professional societies: the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers, and the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers.

He is a graduate with both a BSCE and a BS in Land Surveying from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and holds an M.C.R.P Master in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University. He is working towards his MBA at Monmouth College.
