Seaside Heights, NJ: The Bamboo Bar is to become “Bamboo Lofts.”

Morgan Engineering’s head of engineering services, Mat Wilder, helped fellow developers, designers, investors navigate some five (5) years of planning development and secured approvals for all in June 2026.
