Zach Anderson, PE, PP, CME

Zach Anderson is a Supervising Engineer at Morgan Municipal. He oversees and manages the planning, design, and inspection of public infrastructure projects such as roads and capital improvement projects. He coordinates closely with municipal clients, contractors, and the Morgan team to ensure projects meet regulatory standards, budgets and timelines.

Zach’s work involves reviewing engineering plans, providing technical guidance, conducting field inspections, and maintaining quality control throughout the project’s lifecycle.

He serves as liaison between the municipality and Morgan Municipal, translating client needs into practical engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, specifications, and safety requirements.

Zachary commenced his role at Morgan Municipal in 2023, where he serves as a Municipal Design Engineer. In this capacity, he plays a crucial role in supporting various municipal services, including Capital Improvement Projects encompassing roadway, stormwater, utilities, parks, and more, as well as contributing to Land Use Engineering & Planning initiatives.

Zach possesses a license as a drone pilot, leveraging his skills for aerial photography in the context of land development projects. Residing in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, Zach’s leisure time includes  kayaking, fishing, and golfing.
