MICHAEL ZURAWSKI

Michael joined the Morgan team in 2016, and oversees the daily operations of the firm. His responsibilities include organizational development, customer relationship management, human resource management, and employee development. Michael ensures Morgan delivers an exceptional product to customers and provides a rewarding workplace for employees.

With more than fifteen years of strong leadership experience, including at Prudential as an Affiliate Service Manager and at the Weichert Family of Companies as Vice President, Michael has led successful projects and teams that have brought success to the business and added value to clients.

Michael earned a Master’s Degree in Management with a Human Resource Management minor from Troy University in Alabama; he also graduated from William Paterson with his B.A., and Ocean County College with his A.A. He was an enthusiastic member of the Men’s Soccer Team at both Ocean County College and William Paterson (go Trojans, Pioneers, and Vikings!).

Michael married his college sweetheart Tricia. They are blessed with four aspiring children: Evan, Zac, Logan, and Brooke; and two precious dogs, Dixon and Chewy.
