Jerry is an experienced Financial Executive with over 30 years’ experience managing financial organizations within Fortune 100 to Entrepreneurial smaller organizations. Jerry has implemented many successful cost reduction programs and company restructures. He also has extensive experience in both buying and selling companies. Jerry also had a major involvement with the Enron bankruptcy when his company, Zolfo Copper, was selected to take over Enron by the US Trustee to recover assets for its creditors.
Jerry graduated from St. Peter’s University in Jersey City with a BS in Accounting and received his MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck in 1989. A transplant from North Jersey, Jerry enjoys living at the shore and not traveling into Manhattan every day.
